Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Per UBC’s statutory holidays, we are closed annually from Boxing Day (December 26) through New Year’s Day (January 1). Phone lines are also closed during this time.

Location
UBC SEM is located on campus within the Chan Gunn Pavilion, at 2553 Wesbrook Mall.
Parking
Parking options include the Thunderbird Parkade (6085 Thunderbird Boulevard) which is approximately 80m from the centre.
There are also some metered parking spaces on the other side of Wesbrook Mall.
All parkades and many surface lots have designated accessible spaces.
